Events at Barlaston
For your annual awards dinner, a team building awayday, or your Christmas get together, the Barlaston Estate is the perfect space to hold your special celebration or corporate event.
We have three distinct spaces available for your exclusive use; the Hall, St John’s and the Grounds.
Barlaston Hall
Maximum seated capacity 66.
The formal dining room at Barlaston Hall brings a sense of occasion to any event, be it a corporate dinner or a very special birthday celebration.
We can offer a number of table configurations to suit your event and the mood you are looking to create.
The library and reception hall are available as part of the Barlaston experience for your welcome and after dinner drinks, also providing useful breakout spaces.
St John’s
Maximum capacity 100 seated or up to 120 for an informal event.
The old church building is stunning; the vaulted ceiling, original church windows and discrete alcoves provide one-of-a-kind event space.
This atmospheric building is a truly flexible space to suit all event types, formal gala dinners, special celebrations, team-building events and even your AGM.
Along with various table configurations, the church building can accommodate a bar, DJ & dance floor and casual seating ‘nooks’.
The Estate Grounds
Set on 4.5 acres, The Barlaston Estate Grounds are available for exclusive use and allow you to take your event outdoors - weather permitting!
Whether it's a company BBQ, garden party or a team awayday with team-building games on the lawns or a treasure hunt in the woods - the possibilities are endless.
The grounds can also accommodate a marquee for up to 120 people.
Note: We do not allow fireworks because of our animals.
